Evee's journey began with a university background in social sciences, where her interest in psychology and human behaviour first took shape — something that still influences how she thinks about food and everyday habits.

Over time, this gradually turned into a deeper focus on baking and recipe development. For more than a decade, she has been creating gluten-free recipes while also working as a food photographer.

Along the way, she collaborated with several magazines, developing recipes and creating visual content.

Her work naturally expanded into graphic and web design, allowing her to bring together recipe creation, photography and visual presentation into one cohesive and thoughtful approach.

Eiravee grew naturally from this journey — a space where she combines everything she cares about: creating better recipes, working with beautiful visuals, and sharing a more thoughtful, balanced way of baking.

As a woman in midlife, it has become important for her to create recipes that support a more balanced, mindful way of eating — without giving up the pleasure of baking.

Builds and maintains the Eiravee website and keeps all the technical parts running behind the scenes.

He is still in school, but already deeply committed to programming and constantly developing his skills.

He is also responsible for taste-testing experimental recipes. If a recipe survives his feedback, it’s usually ready for the website.
